HEALTH commentators on Tuesday widely slammed as “laughable” comments by a health department representative that the ministry may reappraise scientific evidence that HIV causes Aids. They were reacting to a statement by Dr Ian Roberts, a special adviser to Health Minister Dr Manto Tshabalala-Msimang, that the department is looking into the feasibility of getting a panel of international experts to look into Aids in Africa.
