Motorcycle racer in court over reckless driving

After a night out drinking and dining with friends from the United Kingdom, professional motorcycle racer Lance Anton Isaacs lied to police at the scene of a collision involving his bakkie, the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court heard on Thursday. Isaacs was charged with reckless or negligent driving.

British radio DJ admits to spree of fraud in SA

A British citizen working as a radio DJ in Taiwan conned three accommodation establishments during a short holiday in Cape Town, cheated a jeweller and a cellphone business, and ended his spree trying to take the police for a ride as well. This was heard in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
